If those don't work, then tell you doctor that you need a prescription of valium and play online checkers. 

Many charities will appreciate having volunteers who have disabilities of one kind or another. Ask around.  You would benefit from getting out of the house and seeing new faces and being able to help others.

Pray for God's will and direction in your life.  Read the New Testament.  Start with the Gospel of John.  There are answers to life's questions in the Bible.  Ask Jesus to save you.  Follow Him as best you can. Visit some churches or listen to their on-line services.  Make contacts at churches.  Depending on your disability, you may be able to do some volunteer work at home.

Read books

Start a new hobby

Get into a hobby. It will make time fly as fast as this site does if it interests you.

Find another Q & A site. There  are plenty online.

Start a Youtube channel that features you masturbating several times a day.  No one would ever want to watch that, but it will give you something to do.

Maybe keep in touch with someone you got along with here, think of a hobby... a lot depends on you and what you wish to do.

Grow a garden. 

Think for once maybe you'll build a time machine now you got free time.
