Who's the bigger modern day bum EFS?

It’s Mourinho and it isn’t even close. He just gets his team to park the bus and gets his team to fall to the ground and make out they are suffering from a severe injury whenever they feel very little contact. Whenever someone accuses his players of diving he will just act like a 3 year old crybaby. Sorry Mourinho but if you don’t want your players to be accused of diving then stop instructing them to dive.

Mourinho is living off what he's achieved in the past. Love him or hate him, you've got to admire what he's done. However, what he's doing at the minute is a different matter. I would say he's the bigger bum just for living in the football past.

I will say Mourinho, Ancelotti has at least improved Everton from the Marco Silva disaster. 

Carlo is doing a good job with Everton like it's Everton you know? They should really go out this summer with the intention of building a proper top 4 team. The problem is Carlo seems to like the players he's been using and they seem to like him. So will he have the ruthlessness to replace players who have been pretty decent for him but not up to the top level? I think that's always a trap managers fall in to when they don't bother upgrading on players because they player is a nice guy and does a decent job.

How many stories do we see where a manager comes out and says "we didn't need X, we had Y and Z". X then turns out to be a world class talent and Y and Z were just some bang average mid table players. 

Contrary to popular belief I think Jose is doing fine at Spurs too. It's Spurs we're talking about you know? Like when they went out of Europa nothing was wrong with his team selection, nothing was wrong with the subs he made to try and win the tie. It was all down to the players and they bottled in typical Spurs fashion. 

The fault here lies with Levy. You don't appoint Mourinho to manage a Pochettino team, likewise you wouldn't give Poch a Mourinho team. The manager needs to be able to sign and sell whoever he wants. We'll see how things go in the league cup final at the end of the month, if Spurs lose that game then the season has been a failure. If they win it then it's been a success because this is literally Spurs we are talking about here. Top 7 and a cup final win? Great season for a Spurs team

I love Jose now, he's just a free 3pts and then you can laugh as he keeps trying his "mind games" that haven't worked for a decade..  I never really rated Carlo he's always struck me as a right place, right time guy 

I give it to Jose, he's got a far better pool of players to work with and is doing a lot worse, who inherits a team with Kane, Son, Alli, Moura and some good DM's for cover and thinks "I know, lets park the bus every game and rely on our average defenders to win games instead" and he's talking about signing freakin Fellaini whilst Alli & Kane want out, that guy is a complete detriment to any club he's at by now, always leaves them in a far far worse state than when he joined. Alli & Winks have devalued under him too so they're gonna have a much harder time rebuilding with less money to cash in on.

Both were great managers in their time however time does move on and their methods are advanced. If the manager doesn't advance with the times they drop back. One of Fergies biggest strengths was he evolved with the times hence the longevity. So id argue both are on the decline and both could do with an extended break from club management to allow them to modernise their styles. Both should move into international management for a stint
