How do I transfer from External to Internal Hard Drive?

As you can see here, EVERYTHING is on my external (Untitled, External 1TB USB Disk). That includes the applications (Adobe Suite, QuickTime, iTunes, etc). I want to transfer them ALL onto the 1TB SATA Disk which is the Internal Hard Drive. Any Way How I can do that?

It depends - if the external drive was originally the internal drive from the same computer you might be able to do a straightforward  clone. This would create an identical copy onto the internal drive.  If the external drive came from a different computer, you can't simply copy everything, the applications and programs would have to be reinstalled.
