Will the supreme court strike down any kind of "reparations" that are put into place? Largely on discriminatory grounds? ?

Thanks for that lesson Keith, not sure who said that funds could be released without congress.

    Funds cannot be released from the treasury without the approval of Congress.

    They should pay reparations to the German Americans for the lie of the Holocaust and slander of them too.

    I certainly hope so. That's why the "progressives" want to politicize the court by adding more judges to it.
