If comparing Chauvin to vehicular manslaughter, is hes the guy who texts while driving, or more so the 1 who held the steering wheel wrong?

Update:

Detainment is part of his job anonymous, he's trained to stain suspects, just like you're trained to drive a car in order to have a license.

    He's the guy who ran someone over on purpose, and claims it was an accident.
