Whose fault is it that Daunte decided to carry a handgun without a license, not show up in court to answer the charge, drive with expired?

tags, resist arrest and flee in a motor vehicle?

Update:

I never mentioned the shooting, which wasn't murder, moron.

    Oh $hit.

Well, he was due for the chair, anyway, huh?

    (:

I can't even tell if you're trolling or serious.

That's his fault, but has nothing to do with him being killed by the police.

Does any of those actions/crimes call for the death penalty without due process?

You do know how the legal system is supposed to work in this country, don't you?

Or perhaps you simply do not care.

It amazes me that people like you try to claim, or at least imply,  "Well, it was perfectly fine for the police to kill this person, because he was a petty criminal, even though he actually wasn't threatening anyone."

Whereas if this happened to a white guy you knew, a relative, you'd be screaming and shrieking about civil and constitutional rights AND due process.

For God's sake, go back to school and learn SOMETHING about constitutional law!

Ah yes... driving with expired tags.  Really good justification for getting murdered.  No one here has ever driven with expired tags.  Clearly that police officer did nothing wrong.
