I want to loss my covid weight lol?

So ever since this craziness of covid shutting everything down in March I focused on losing weight, eating healthy and drinking more water. August came and covid took my grandmother (she was more like a mom to me) after that I did not have the energy or the will to continue my weightloss journey. I have become lazy and have been eating more. Whatever I lost before August came back. I seen myself in videos and pictures and I feel sad. I need motivation like even my husband says don't set yourself up to do excersise because you will end up quitting anyway in a mean way though. Help!!!

Ignore your husband, he needs to be more supportive than that. If he loved you he would be there and be supportive every step of the way!. Just get active find a friend to walk with, go bike riding with. Another thing is eat healthier and practice portion control. Sorry hes not being there for you and supporting thats never fun. Wishing you the best!

Your husband isn't very supportive.  Who tells someone not to bother trying to get healthier because they will just fail?  That was pretty thoughtless of your husband to say.

The truth about weight loss is that it's 80% about your diet and 20% about exercise.  Exercise is great while dieting though because it can raise your metabolism.  Exercise is also great for toning the body and getting stronger and more flexible, as well.

I have to lose some weight too.  I gained weight since covid isolation too.  You're not alone, believe me. I started back on the Ketogenic Lifestyle 2 weeks ago and have begun losing weight.  My exercises are daily stretches and a good bit of walking.

I used Keto lifestyle for 5 years, and suddenly when Covid hit, i found myself eating as if i wanted to get diabetes!  I changed that all up.

best wishes YOU CAN DO THIS!
