I need to renew my passport but embassy did not answer my call? ?

Is this normal? I called 3 times and nothing. Should I email instead?

I'm abroad atm

    How did you obtain your present passport?  You went to an embassy or consulate.  If you are in the military you do not require a passport; you would have military ID card.  You need to show your present passport to obtain a new passport.

    Everything is being done online. Yes e-mail them.

    What the H*ll are you calling them for?  You don't apply by phone.  You apply by sending in an application.  A form.  Emailing them would be equally as stupid.
