Dump her, let her go to the other guy. You will be stuck, raising and supporting another guys child, while he walks away. You do not have her in your life for very long, you surely cannot be in love. Just let her go to the Daddy of that baby. You do not want that baggage in your life. You stay with her, you will regret it.
