Do you believe America has to many mentally challenged people on the streets, watching the Minneapolis riots last night  proved it to me?

These people are democrats, democrats dont riot, they have "peaceful protests",

Last year during these "peaceful protests" The BLM burned and destroyed over 220 city's including the capital, murdered almost 40 people including a 5 YEAR OLD CHILD, Caused over 6 BILLION DOLLARS in damages and permanently imaged over a thousand police offices. 

You can't go by that. Not all cops are mentally challenged, just most of them.
