    O Brasil é uma coisa, amigo. Nunca tivemos livre mercado, e nunca tivemos estatais no sentido de que "estatais" são empresas administradas pelo Estado.

    Explico. No Brasil, historicamente estatais sempre foram administradas por quadrilhas que apoiam o Governo.
