Are Europeans racist?

@ Zirp idiot. British census classifies people by race. In countries like France, Germany where there is no racial classification, there is ongoing debate about reintroducing racial classification.

A certain percentage of all humans are racist.  Until we can think of it as a human problem and not confined to any one group then we are never going to reduce it.
