How do I learn how to handle a car?
Literally all I’ve done is study my car manual handbook. I’m 18, and in my state, you can get your Driver’s License without taking the road test due to COVID. I passed my written test and got my license. I have never ever driven before so where do I start?

No you didn't. There are places where you can skip the road test and still get a license, but you don't live in India or the UK so... no you didn't. Your spelling is too good for you to be from India, and you're not using the English-English spelling of licence so you're not British either. Those are the only places in the civilized world where technicalities and Covid allow people to get a temp licence without the road test.
Nice try though. But no you didn't.

I was taught using the family car on city streets after learning the basics in a pretty much deserted parking lot. I say taught because a licensed driver was with me at the time.

Take driving lessons from a company that does that near you. You see them driving around all the time with "Student Driver" signs on the trunk of the cars.
