I keep dreaming I’m having seizures, how can I tell if they are dreams or if it’s really happening? ?

Sometimes I wake up during the time it’s happening and I’m certain my body is twitching and Iv no control over it. It’s happened about 5 times since last year. I have an Apple Watch and at the time I have this dream my heart rate rises rapidly as if I’m having a nightmare or I’m suddenly very active. How can I find out if these are just nightmares or if I am actually having seizures in my sleep?

Doctor, or have someone monitor you at night to verify?

If you are really concerned then go and see your doctor and tell him.

He can then refer you to be 'monitored' in your sleep to see what activity

is going on in your brain while you are asleep.

A web camera or something and record yourself during the night? Otherwise you would probably have to do like a sleep analyse at a hospital.
