You don't. If the title is legally in your name, it's your car. You don't repo anything, you just go and get it. It's your car. Dumbass.

Totally depends on the circumstances. Was it an extra title you had laying around for a car you sold years ago? I have those...though I did sell the vehicle with the title papers so they have them too. And the receipt that they bought the car from me. So, they win.
Otherwise it would be a police matter. Grand theft auto is what you are accusing here. The fact you know where the car is is SUSPICIOUS.
Next time, give more info.

Depends on your reason for the repo. Have someone write a letter from you in English to the person who has the vehicle and give them 10 days to return the vehicle OR you will tow it. It isn't returned? Tow it. It is bad advice to say just go and tow it away when you haven't explained the legal issue.

You own the car go get it. Have it towed if it is easier you have title in hand it is your vehicle.
