Does anybody remember the show "Tugger"? ?

Does anybody remembered the show "Tugger?" I asked a few of my friends and family if they remembered a boy named Tugger but nobody seems to remember him. Only me and my sister remembers him. Also we remembered that our mom saw it as well. The name of the show is called "Tugger". It was a very old show from the 90's. I think I was 5 or 6. Then I was 8 or 9 when the show came again. Me and my sister remembered that something embarrassing happened to him at school. I think the boys all wear a towel because there was a shower in school? Some mean bully let tugger out of the boys room. He was knocking the door to tell the bully to let him back inside. He was outside holding the basketball. The school bell rang and all the students came out of the class and they were around him wondering why he was standing there with a towel. The basketball fell down as well. Then when the towel accidentally fell, the students laughed at him. He was so embarrassed that everyone saw him naked so he didn't want to come back to school. Then one of his best friends, who was a girl, stop by his house and spoke to him through the window. She was wondering if he will come back to school. She said "you're not going to hide in there forever right? And he said "everyone saw my...". Then she said "basketball?" And he laughed. He decided to go back to school. When he came back to school, some mean bully said "nice basketball" to make him feel bad but Tugger tries to ignore him. There's also other episodes.
