Do eclairs contain saturated fat?

    yes butt the main thing you want to avoid are trans fats be transphobic when it comes to food

    Theres probably saturated fat in the choux pastry [butter] and in the cream filling.

    Sure do.  The egg yolks made for the choux pastry AND the pastry filling both, are a source of saturated fat.

    If you eat eclairs every day, you will be in trouble. So don't eat them all that often.

    You do not have to entirely avoid saturated fat.  Just use in moderation.

    Even if you have high cholesterol levels, these are more a factor of genetics and exercise than of diet choices.

    Probably, depending on who made them and what they put in them, but that isn't the problem.  Eating fat isn't all that unhealthy, there are vitamins in fat that you can't get any other way, it's being fat that is unhealthy.  It's the sugar without fiber that is the problem.  Eating too much sugar is what makes people fat.
