Is Constitution of US a death pact as some people seem to believe certain things must be religiously observed despite obvious bad results?
Its like ok this freedom is 100% guaranteed, and maintaining that position even as there are clear and obvious evidence that the freedom is abused and even is clearly harming our society. Must we keep going and literally follow these fools over the cliff and plunge into our national destruction?

You have a point. The main freedoms that have proved themselves repeatedly to have had more positive impact than the negative impact are the ones protected by the first two amendments. All others right could come an go without near as much negative impact.

Proof is required, as is a logical and fact-based argument.
