Poll: Will you miss this site when it's gone?
Hi. I am just curious about this. Every patron here knows this site is shutting down soon. There's a public notice here for all to see. I am trying to ask as many questions on here while I still can before it goes into read-only mode. I still have a few days to ask questions and a while to archive all my questions before this site shuts down for good.
Will you miss this site when it's gone? I will. I get tired of having to find NEW Q-and-A community sites to go to. I do a lot of research online and unfortunately there were a number of sites I was on that I ran into issues with and a number of other sites shut down, with and/or without notice.
Quora is one site I ran into issues with.
Please help. Thank you.
I've used this service as a patron for years. I have been a member since '06.

Sure. It's the go-to site for easy asking of general questions. I don't think there are any others quite as easy to use, or as well known. There's a lot of useful info on this site. It will be weird when it's not available anymore.

Not really, now that I found out whenever I post a question for users to answer in the Ramadan section my questions disappear or don't show even though I never post anything inappropriate. My questions just always show in Polls. All I will miss are the special users I met, that's it. If I want to join another forum, I'd rather join the Yahoo Polls & Surveys Reddit.

One could certainly think of this place not in terms of a body but as a single vital current. And this would allow one to grasp the concept of existence as dynamic and on-going, rather than as static.
