Why are police having to deal with 13 year old blacks with guns at 2am?

Anybody with half a brain knows those kids are up to no good when they are carrying guns and running the streets at that time of night.

Because that’s what they get paid for with property owners’ tax dollars in the districts they patrol?  I don’t know... I’m just guessing here. They didn’t even know it was a 13 year-old in the first place apparently because they have a “gunshot detection system” in that particular area which monitors 24/7 for the sound of gunshots and it picked up the sound of 8 gun shots and the location and the officer was required to respond to that and check it out. He had no idea what it was about until he got there. It wasn’t something that somebody called in. Maybe just this 13 y/o and 21 y/o playing around with a gun they found somewhere, took out of their father’s sock drawer or whatever. Who the hell knows? Probably the cop wishes he had never had to respond to it in the first place now.

The young fellow in question wasn't African American, and was fatally shot while complying.
