why does my ear feel like there’s water in it when i lay on my side?
whenever i lay on either side the ear on that side feels like it’s clogged with water when i wake up, i took a nap 5 hours ago and it’s not going away

close your mouth and nose and blow hard
that will clear up the eustachian tube in the ears
take a antihistamine tab or syrup for allergy for five days
