What do you do if you cannot have children? ?

Due to unexplained and circumstantial infertility.

    Adoption can be very expensive, too, especially if you're looking for a baby. Also, with adoption, there's always the worry about the mother changing her mind and deciding to keep the baby and a father who steps in and stops the adoption.

    adoption IS the answer. IVF costs a fortune and it's even more of an emotional roller coaster.
