Do women look grouchy when their not wearing any make up?

Ive seen this lady at my job who i have a crush on and when she was wearing make up, she was always happy. Yesterday,  i saw her in the breakroom looking so different and irritable when she wasnt wearing make up. I was like oh lord i will not say anything to her lol.

    Maybe she was grouchy because you're focusing on her and her makeup (or lack thereof) instead of your work.
