Fat loss is 80% diet.  You need to get into a calorie deficit and also improve the nutritional quality of the foods you do eat. Eating carbohydrates temporarily stops your body from burning fat due to the production of insulin.  Therefore, if you eat frequently/snack and eat a lot of crabs, it is harder to lose stored fat than if you eat 2-3 meals a day only and limit your carbohydrate intake. You can read up on a keto diet and decide if you are willing to make those changes.

Ether way, you need to consume fewer calories than you use each day.  A calorie deficit of 500-1000 calories will result in fat loss of 1-2 pounds per week.  You can use the calculator on sites like Freedieting.com to figure out your daily calories.  Then you need to weigh & measure your protions and track your consumption on an app like MyFitnessPal.Fat loss/calorie burning comes from aerobic/cardio exercise whether it is walking, running, dancing, riding a bike/spinning, playing a sport or other things. You build muscle by doing anaerobic or weight lifting exercise.  Without using equipment, you can do all kinds of squats, lunges, sit-ups, push-ups, dips, etc. You also need to ensure you're getting adequate protein to build muscleThere are dozens of bodyweight exercises and workouts. You can just put that term into YouTube and find lots of videos to follow. You can also sign up for a subscription like BeachBodyOnDemand, and I'm sure there are books and websites that will give you a work schedule.
