How far into the future does something have to be before you’ll set an alarm ?
If you have to leave the house in five minutes do you need a reminder? In 30 minutes?

I usually like to set an alarm the evening before as I know pretty well I will forget to set one the next day. Beats staying awake all night worrying about forgetting. My wake up music is pretty radical stuff but I try not to use it during the day if I may be out shopping lol.
