Having a bath with a fresh tattoo ?
Is it OK to have a hotnbath with a fresh tattoo if I don't submerge the tattoo in the water (my tattoo is on my arm) or will the steaminess of the bath be bad for the tattoo anyway?

You shouldn't have a bath with a fresh tattoo. If by chance you do submerge your tattoo, you could get it infected. It's safer to have a shower.
Use unscented and not dyed products on it. Also don't scrub it with one of those shower puffs, just use your clean fingers, unscented not dyed soap and lightly rub your tattoo to clean it.
