I'd say that Chauvin will be found guilty of 2nd degree manslaughter but not murder. What do yall think?

After watching that trial, I believe he is guilty of murder. He knew exactly what he was doing, he knew he was causing serious harm, and he chose to continue anyway. I can’t predict what the jury will do, but I can promise he will not be acquitted. There could be a hung jury, but there’s no way he will be found not guilty. The defense presented a very weak case, and their experts lacked credibility. I’m sure he will at least be found guilty of manslaughter, but I’d say a 2nd degree murder conviction is likely as well. He was informed that Floyd had no pulse while he was kneeling on his neck, and he continued. That shows intent. That’s murder. Every single cop that testified said that his actions were not reasonable, and that cops are trained NOT to restrain suspects in that manner. People were yelling at him for over 9 minutes to stop killing Floyd. He knew that his actions were likely to cause serious injury or death, and he continued to do it even after other cops suggested to move Floyd onto his side. Chauvin just said “no, he’s staying right here.” There is absolutely no justification for his behavior.

I think it’ll be involuntary manslaughter.

From what I've seen, he is guilty of misconduct, but not murder or manslaughter.

    You are probably correct.

In any case, he will not have long to enjoy his confinement.

If there is Justice, he will walk free. Our Pastor has proposed a 24 hour round the clock Prayer service to pray for Justice.
