Can you divorce a man if he insisted you waited till marriage and he was small and terrible at sex on the night?

What would you file - Irreconcilable Differences?

Your question doesn't make sense. You two are already marriage so where's the waiting part anymore? Secondly, no I would not. I'm not THAT shallow to divorce/break up with someone for things that they cannot change, that's just immature. A good (long lasting) marriage/relationship comprises more aspect than sex. Are you two good friends as well??!! Are you compatible in all other areas that are important to you??! That's where you should decide in my opinion, not just bedroom stuff.

I actually did, and I've posted this before.  "Small" wasn't the issue.  "Terrible" was the issue.  In MY experience every woman who complained about the size of a penis actually had a very large and wide vagina.  It was her problem, not his.

  • If you waited till marriage how you know he's small and terrible at sex? There's a reason you heifers smell like shrimp!

In general there is a period of separation needed.  Just like a "withholding period" for drugs given to my stock.  Although I guess it really is a withholding period when you think about it. Check on the details where you live.

you can file for divorce for any reason you want or no reason at all. simply not wanting to be married any longer is all the reason you need. your lawyer will decide the grounds if that is even necessary in your state.
