How do i move on?

My abusive ex is trying to file a false restraining order on me

I love and miss her but she is dangerous

    It seems clear that this relationship will NOT work out ever again, so do your best to forget about her.  Even if you think that any forthcoming restraining order is "fake." it is still a legally binding and enforceable order, so obey it to the letter if a judge issues one.  Of course, having any contact with your ex won't help you move on, so just avoid her entirely whether or not the restraining order is actually issued.

    Perhaps you could get rid of anything that reminds you of your ex such as any photos that show the two of you together.  Removing anything that might bring back old memories of you and your ex will help the process of you moving past that phase in your life.  Also, meet and mingle with new people.  There are plenty of fish in the sea so to speak, and finding someone new will hopefully begin a new and happier chapter in your life.
