Since you said you've seen most of the popular ones, it's hard to pick out the good non-popular ones. Because if it's good, it's always going to be popular. Only the sucky ones are not popular.

You can find anime on MyAnimeList or Anime-Planet. Since you didn't specify what age ranges are necessary, it's really hard to recommend anything without it either being too juvenile to appeal to adults or being overly conservative.
