If Trump were still president, would there be so many mass shootings in America?

Seems there have been an uptick in mass shootings in the US since Biden (a Democrat) took office, just like it happened during the Obama years (another Democrat)...coincidence?

    There were plenty of mass shootings while Trump was President. 614 in 2020 alone...
