Sounds like you don't know anything about her so why WOULDN'T she ask that? Sounds like you want to make sure she's over 18 so you can ask her to model naked, or nearly naked, for you. Seriously, why wouldn't a gal ask you why you wanted to ask those questions of her? You might be unaware of how many times young women are asked these questions from near strangers and need to sort them out!
