Can you help me with English please?

We believe you will fulfill the query while noting what is done and what is not.

1. What does "query" mean in this case?

2. I can't understand this expression exactly. Please explain this to me clearly.

Thank you.

A query is a question.  You can only answer it or not.  You can't fulfill it.

I have no idea what "fulfill a query" means.  I agree that it is not English. That is, it can't have been written by a native English speaker.  It seems that someone has asked another person to do something, and they expect that it will be done.  But a "query" is an inquiry, a question, a request for specific information, generally made to an agency, such as a government agency, or large organization.  So "fulfill a query" makes no sense.

A 'query' is a question.  You cannot 'fulfil' a question.  It's not English.

    Of course why not.
