I know by the time Logan comes into the picture, Jean is already in a relationship with Scott. But lets just say she is single and she meets both of them around the same time, who do you think Jean would really end up with? I know she likes them both according to the story of the X-Men.

I think even in alternate universes where that does happen she always ends up with Scott. Logan is too much of a loner and too violent for her to have as a real partner.
