Is it normal to still feel period cramps after taking 800mg Ibuprofen?

Sometimes pain relivers dont always help cramps.... i always take 1000mg of pain relivers when the PAIN IS UNBEARABLE... after that i fill the tub with very hot water and let my body in there for a few minutes.. i will usually have a very hot tea, preferibly a sweet one and after and my cramps GO DOWN with this... i have a friend whos cramps were very bad she would almost pass out of pain and the doctor put her on B.C.... hope u get better..

I always had much more success from doing kegal exercises than taking pain killers.

Yes , any painkiller will not stop them but make them easier to bear.
