Do you agree Israel often deliver inferior variants of weapons it produces to India Not best version?

I think India must buy from USA instead. They usually don't do it....

    The US only sells second rate versions of their major armaments, so as to never have to fight an equal.

    Every country that exports weapons, keeps the top tier stuff for themselves and only sells off the second tier stuff.
