It's possible for entire Yahoo accounts to be deactivated over serious enough YA violations. If you don't want it to be deactivated, don't post violations (simple). 

Depends on what the YA Staff decides in some Situations they will only Suspend your YA Account in other Situations they may Delete you Entire Yahoo ID 

It depends on why the YA account is deleted. If minor violations, the email usually stays. If they are bad TOS violations, they can take the email too.

No. When an Answers account is suspended for violating the Community Guidelines, none of the other services will be impacted.
