Due to the nature of my husbands addiction, I will keep it PG for the little ones on here. If you are familiar to the "Every Mans Battle" books then you already know. I'll be happy to inform that after buying the book on CD for him we have had leaps and bounds better results than before. I'm very proud of him.

However, he does not understand my hurt or frustration or what he has done to my self image. I know, I know. He can't help it and it's not my fault...I just wish he had something that could make him understand things through my eyes. I cannot vent my feelings or hurt without crying or being more dramatic than I intend to be.

HELP!!! Any book to CD or just book suggestions for him?

I'm selling my car over the next two weeks, I've been driving a 99 Toyota Corrolla 5 speed for the last 6 years. Been doing some research on the internet and I like the Kia Spectra 5. I want to get another manual..good car??? Any advice?? Anyone switched from a toyota to a Kia? Let me know please...

What episode in Season Two, I know it's got to be one of the first four episodes, does Micheal find out that Sara tried to kill herself over what she did to let them escape? I know that it was a big dramatic moment, and I can't remember who is was that told him.

No Ovaries, No Thyroid. My Mom Needs Your Help.?

My mother had thryoid cancer almost 16 years ago and the doctors removed it. She has been on synthetic thyroid medication ever since. Four years ago my mother had her uterus and ovaries removed. This has completely put her hormone system into major craziness. She has gained a large ammount of weight despite diet and taking care of her body. I need someone who knows about hormonal weight gain, due to no thryoid and no ovaries. This has been difficult, and she just wants to get her weight down. Any ideas? Anybody who has had both removed??

I am five foot two, 126 lbs, size 6 dress size and by most standards "thin" but I am out of shape. I work long, hard hours at my job, eat little and drink a ton of coffee all day long. When I eat, I don't eat junk, I just don't eat a lot. Coffee is a huge part of my diet. Aside from cutting back on the coffee, I want to get rid of swelling and start feeling more energetic through the day. Any Advice??? My job is very physical, I move and lift a lot of heavy things.

I have lived here for years and I have my various places that I love, but what do you think is the best? Do Oregon and California have anything that could compare? I travel a lot and I'm willing to check these places out.

I've seen the music video several times at work, There are these punk rock girls, european looking, dancining all over this club. It's very upbeat, rock and roll, and during the chorus they say "Go!" a lot. Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about.
