I'm working as an intern in a company for about a month now. I had a problem and went up to my employer (who is married and also has a son) to discuss about it. He had previously made a work chart for me which I had to accurately follow, but made a silly mistake. He got a bit firm and told me that he is paying special attention to me not because I'm really special to him, but because he has a soft spot for me. SOFT SPOT has different contexts, what did he mean when he said this?

Well, my boyfriend told me that I'm average looking but he loves me for who I am and how I am, and that looks don't matter to him. okay! so I"m definitely not average looking. people tell me that I'm cute and pretty, but my boyfriend doesn't find me that way. Should I find someone who finds me pretty on the inside as well as outside?

I like making new friends. So if you're okay with it, can we talk?

I'm in love with my best friend whom I've known for 2-3 months. Okay, so it goes like this. I'm a fresher in my college. a first yeat int.MBA student. I have this strong feeling for one of my male teacher. it's been just two weeks since my college started. gradually, I've fallen for him.. like totally! I even added him on facebook and thought of inboxing him n stuff like that. he replied to one or two of my messages, but when I asked him If I could chat with him on fb he didn't reply. I even posted on his wall, but he didn't like my post or comment on it. whereas, he commented on other student's posts n all. he knows me, he told me that. I dunno why he is doing this. i know that he's single. i got to know that he had been engaged once, but they split up some two years ago. he's 28 n I'm 18. I just can't stand it. why is he behaving like this all of a sudden? it really hurts me so. should I directly ask him on facebook the reason for his ignorance?
