When I click on an email link in an e-mail message in Outlook Express, 48 copies of Internet Explorer open up. And I don't even use Internet Explorer! How do I fix this so that instead Outlook would just let me use that e-mail address to send a new message?

I kept hearing on Fox news that because the stock market was continuing to go down, that proved that the new administration's socialistic policies were failing. So if the market goes up, doesn't that prove those policies are working?

But we don't care how people spend the money for the tax cut part of the stimulus package?

In other words, how do we know whether people are going to spend their money in a stimulating way? Maybe some of them will just send it to their relatives abroad, or they will squirrel it away under their mattresses.

Or should we give California and Arizona and New Mexico back to Mexico since they were originally part of Mexico's territory and we only obtained them by war?

Remember that the Congress will be controlled by the Democrats. The Bush tax cuts will expire next year unless a majority of Congress extends them. Congress will laugh at McCain's health care plan. Congress will not fund permanent bases in Iraq, and Iraq will not agree to them. So what exactly would McCain be able to do anyway, even if he could get elected, especially after he has antagonized half the country by calling us fake America? In the middle of an economic crisis, don't we need to get a team in place that can actually get stuff done?

We are in the process of nationalizing our banks, and I can't find anyone who thinks that is a bad idea. So why does the McCain campaign think they can gain any traction by calling Obama a socialist? And how would a return to Clinton-era tax rates constitute socialism anyway?

The Republicans are after ACORN for submitting voter registrations that are sometimes phony. But just because someone has registered more than once or in a phony name, that does not necessarily allow that person to vote more than once. On the other hand, if a person who is entitled to vote is stricken from the rolls, that would deny someone the right to vote. Is the supposed outrage over Acorn's tactics a cover up for a plan to strike legitimate voters from the roll?

This man seems to change direction like the wind.
