I don't know any women and work in a tiny company with only 2 other employees locally. I need to figure out how to meet a lady who will look past my unnattractive physical appearance and realise that im actually a very smart, caring, understanding guy.

first of all, im only asking this because a friend told me to. i didn't want to because i didn't think i'd be taken seriously and im also way to shy but i was talked into it. plus i don't have much of a choice. just know im being sincere about everything i say.

im 24/m/las vegas. and im looking for a nice, kind, caring woman for a date or something. It's really hard to find a date here when i'm not really into going to clubs and bars. and its even harder to find a woman with some morals and understanding. i just want to find a decent lady who would like to go on a casual date to a dinner and a movie or something i don't know. i've never been on a date before so don't really know what to do.

also i thought i should add that im not looking for anything sexual or anything like that. i just want a nice causal date and we'll see where it goes from there. i feel stupid asking this here, but im totally out of options. being 24 and never having a girlfriend ever is really getting to me.

i've been completely alone my whole life. never had a girlfriend. never gone on a single date. i've just never been strong enough to ask a girl out. even when i think she might be interested. one i don't think im attractive enough to most women because i just feel most are too superficial and i don't have any qualities that those kinds of girls will be interested in. and second, im afraid of offending her and saying something she doesn't want to hear or something like that. i find myself physically ugly and for the most part pretty boring. especially if we've just met. while none of those should matter because inside im a great guy. im kind, honest, caring, sensitive. all of that. but girls here don't seem to care about any of that. i just don't know what to do. im super extremely shy and i don't expect much maturity out of women here. by the way i live in las vegas and im 24 so if that helps any.

How can you tell the difference between a real answer and a fake answer when asking somebody out?

How do you tell the difference between a fake "yes" and a real "yes"? How can you tell whether a girl is saying yes and is honestly interested in getting to know you, or if they're just out to use you?

How do you tell the difference between a fake "no" and a real "no"? How can you tell if the person really means no and isn't interested in a relationship or if the person just said no because they're playing hard to get or are too shy to say yes?

Also how can you tell if somebody is "putting you down easy"? For example if somebody says "they're not ready" but really mean they're not interested in you. They just don't want to sound rude.

I work in an office in a small business area with a bunch of small businesses and there is a really cute girl i've noticed the last couple days in the parking lot. I think she works in the office right next door. I've never spoken to her and I don't know anything about her, she just caught my eye the other day and was wondering how and if i should even try and ask her out.

how does a shy, ugly, initally boring guy keep a girl talking to him so she can find out the good qualities he does have like being caring, honest, sensitive, etc... I consider myself pretty ugly and i don't have many popular interests so its hard to have a conversation with random people. I'm looking for a way to be able to do that. Also, I'm extremely shy so that makes it even harder.

Also, for the 1/2 question, girls, if you don't think I'm ugly let me know. I've just always thought myself pretty ugly but some friends say im cute, but i wonder if they're just saying that to not hurt my feelings.

Why can't I ever get myself to go out and try to meet people? Every time i try, I get sick and can't breath. The anxiety hits me so hard I can barely move. How can I get over this? I don't know what to do. If anybody has any help or suggestions, please tell me. I want to be able to meet somebody and go on dates, but every single time I try, I chicken out. I've always been very shy but never this bad. I don't find myself attractive really at all, at least not in a first impression type of way. I'm not good looking and I don't really have a whole lot to talk about that the average person would find interesting. But im a nice guy and Im honest and caring. But I'm always so scared that because I'm not good looking and inittialy im kinda boring that nobody will want to speak to me. Please if anybody could help me I would appreciate it.

Im really really shy and don't really know anybody. How should I go about meeting a girl and asking her out? I haven't a clue what to say or what to do. I've honestly never asked a girl out or even had a girlfriend really at all before so I don't have a clue what I'm doing. Because of where I live, bars are pretty much the only place to really meet people here so how should I go up to a girl and what should I say to her if she seems interesting from a distance?
