Hi I checked out the turkey, (i bought from sainsbury's today) only to find it had not been cleaned properly. There was the neck and usual bag inside which i removed. I looked to see all was ok only to find a further heart attached and bits of kidney and other organs in place. My question is is it safe to cook & eat as it obviously has not been processed correctly and has giblets from another bird placed in it.
