My lab mix has a cut on one of her pads on her back left foot. It's not bleeding profusely but there is blood and I can see into the cut. Do I keep it moisturized and let it heal on its own? Do I need to bandage it?

I'll take her to the vet if I need to, but I figure that all I would get is the same advice I could get here, but for about sixty dollars more.

I would also appreciate if you listed your sources [are you a vet, has your dog had this before, etc.]. Thank you so much!

I'm looking to go out of state for a volunteer opportunity, for something like Habitat for Humanity. Any ideas of organizations that do work like that for an extended period of time?

I know how to pH and pOH, but this one is giving me trouble:

Both of my Xbox controllers (not 360!) are on the fritz--neither of them work. Most of the buttons don't work, like the joysticks or circle button. The 'A' and 'B' buttons work, but it doesn't help if I can't move my character on the screen!

Any idea how to fix this? Does they need to be cleaned? Do I just get new ones...?

I'm looking to find my mother the soundtrack to the movie "Out of Africa".....I doubt I'll find it at a regular Best Buy. Any suggestions (other than iTunes)?
