My husband go into a minor argument with his ex-wife today and she told him "F you and stop calling my house!" I was under the impression she couldn't do that since calling is the only way he has to keep in contact with his son during the week, and as long as he calls only once a day and talks only about the child. Am I right or wrong? We live inTennessee. The argument was about her saying my house was dirty b/c we have dogs ( which are housebroken). My husband started to tell her that didn't mean our house was dirty just b/c we have dogs. That's when she cussed him ad hung up. She is psycho, just in case ya'll are wondering why she went off when my husband started to defend himself.

Myhusband's exwife is causing problems again. She called and clams that my house is dirty because I have dogs. Both of my dogs wigh under 20 pounds, we bathe them 3 times a week, including brushing theirteeth, ad both of them are house-roken. We brush them every day to keep the shedding at a minimum How does this make my house dirty? I can understand if they were pooping in the floor, etc. but they don't. s she just being a *****? Also, whn my husband denied that our house was dirty (which I swear it's not- I have OCD wen it comes to cleanng) he told hm "F- you and don't call my house again!" and hung up. I am of the opinion tha she can't tell him not to call anymore b/c she and my husband hav joint custody and calling her house is the only way he can keep in touch with his son. Am I right?

My husband's ex-wife slaps their 8 y/o son in the face as punishment. Is this considered child abuse? I really need this question answered! 10 points to anyone who answers!

For a boy, we picked Jeffrey Paul. Jeffrey is my husband's name and Paul is his grandfather's name. For a girl: Charity Kate. Charity is my husband's grandmother's name and Kate is my grandmother's name. I also like the girl's name Audrey. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Took a hpt and it was positive. I am going to the health dept to get another pregnancy test. I don't have insurance (I know it was stupid to get prego with no insurance) but I know I can get TennCare. If I take a note from the health dept nurse to dhs, when will my insurance start? Can I go see an ob right away? Or do I have to wait until I get a letter from dhs?

I use Swiffer Wet pads to mop my floor. My husband just called me and told me not to use them and to throw them away. He heard on the radio that the pads have an ingredient in them that is also in antifreeze. A couple had called in to the radio station and said that they used them, their dog walked on the floor, licked its paws, and got sick. They took the dog to the vet and it had to be put to sleep, all b/c it was poisoned by the ingredients in the pads. If you use these and have pets, STOP using them immediately or you risk your pet getting sick!

My husband's ex called this am to say she was "attending a benefit" and couldn't meet us at the usual halfway point to pick up her son (my stepson who visits every weekend). She wants us to drive the full 60 miles to bring him home. I say that is fine as long as she drives all the way to our house to drop him off next weekend. Is that fair? And I also think she should have had the decency to mention this on Friday night when we picked my stepson up. Am I being petty or fair? And, please, no one state anything ugly or nasty- you don't know the full details of all the bs we go through with his ex.

My 3 year odl son likes to spike his hair. Last week when I went to the salon to get my hair layered, the stylist and I were talking about our kids and she said maybe he would like to color spike his hair. Where can I find colored hair gel? And I have almost black hair and my fave color is pink. I want to put pink highlights in my hair, just for fun. I got some stuff from hot topic, but it didn't show up in my hair. I downloaded a song on mp3 rocket. A red box popped up and said file contains Trojan-downloader.WMA.Wimad.n and said it couldn't be disinfected. I called my brother-in-law and he told me to go to iobit.com and get advanced system care. I downloaded that, scanned and supposedly repaired all my problems. I went back into mp3 rocket and deleted the song. I then clicked delete on the little red box and it said the file could not be deleted- file not found. Do I still have a virus? How do I go about checking to see if my computer still has a virus? Please help me! I have waited years for a computer and my hubby finally bought me one with income taxes! I don't want to screw up my computer. FYI: I installed Defender Pro when I got my computer, so I did have a little defense.

My sister got pulled over in TN the other day for not wearing a seatbelt. She also got charged for having no license, no insurance, possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Today, she calls my mother and has her meet her at the police station with a bondsman. My mother told me that my sister said she didn't have to pay any money to bond out, and that the cops told her that if she got car insurance and her license before the court date in April, then they would drop the pot charges. This is her first offense. I know that intent to sell is a Class E Felony if it is .5 oz. to 10 lbs of pot. Will they really drop the charges, or is she full of it?

I just finished reading the Twilight books and they were awesome! At the end of Breaking Dawn, there is a page advertising the Official Guide to the Twilight saga. My sister in law says there is a fifth novel coming out. Is there really a fifth novel coming out or is it just the official guide? I am not talking about the page that lists all the people in each coven.

My stepson is 8 and lives with his mother. We get him on the weekends. A month ago, he decided he didn't want to come down every weekend because the drive was too long (We live in Columbia; they live in Ashland City). We told him it was his decision. We call him every other day to talk to him and how school is going,etc. He also talks on the phone with our 3 year old son. My stepson will tell his little brother that he is coming down this weekend to play with him and then changes his mind and doesnt come down. My son gets very upset when his big bro doesn't show up. I have told my husband to tell the 8 year old not to tell my son that if he isn't going to come. My husband refuses to do that. As a mother, my top priority is to keep my son from getting hurt. I love my stepson too. I can understand that he prefers his real mother over me, but he also seems to prefer his mother's son over his father's son. I don't want to hurt his feelings or make him mad, so how do I handle this situation? His mother is basically a psycho, and before anyone jumps on me, we never say anything nasty about her in front of my stepson. I think she exhibits symptoms of parental alienation syndrome. I'm not sure how to handle this situation. What am I supposed to tell my 3 year old? Do I tell him the truth, that his big bro didn't want to see him this weekend, or should I make something up to tell my son? Please help!

My husbands ex-wife's aunt passed away and the funeral was on Friday. She let their 8 year old son go to the funeral. I agree with that, so nobody jump on me plz! In 2007, my daughter was stillborn. She would not let my then 7 year old stepson come to his own little sister's funeral stating that "he couldn't miss school for that". I could understand if she thought it would be too upsetting, but she just said that he couldnt miss school because he had a test! Is that wrong or right?

My stepson is 8. He lives with his mother in Ashland City. My husband, me, and our 3 year old son live in Columbia. The 8 year old said he wanted to take 3 weeks off before coming back down here for a weekend because he doesn't like how long the drive is. Last weekend was the first time hes been down here since Xmas Eve. I told him it wouldn't hurt my feelings, but it does. I dont want to make him feel guilty by telling him he hurt my feelings, but I feel like he is rejecting me and my son. It hurts my feelings because my son never did anything to make his big bro not want to spend time with him. My stepson's mother has a 2 year old and it seems like the 8 year old loves him more than my he loves my son. His mother has parental alienation syndrome and tries to tell him that she is basically perfect and calls his dad ugly names in front of him. Does anyone have any advice that would possibly help on the rejected feeling part?
