  • Can you increase the broadband width?

    My partner sent me an email...

    "So I have a Microsoft Life Cam, and went to The SKYPE.com web site to get free phone calls where you can see the person on the other side . of course it did not wok because my cheap Walmart version of HP does not have enough broadband capacity to operate the web cam/phone service . By the way do you happen to know how to in crease th4e broadband width with out unplugging ever divice such as the printer so you can operate the Basic phone ."

    Anyone know if this is possible, or should I stick with my answer, "buy a REAL computer and throw away the Walmart CRAP"?
