I work out 6 days a week. I had been doing Chest/tri on Monday, back/Bicep on tuesday, shoulders/legs/cardio on wed and then repeat for thur, fri and sat....and have sunday off. I was doing 3 exercises x 3 sets per muscle group and making some small gains in weight. Today I tried something a little different. I did BAck and Biceps but only did 2 exercises per muscle group, but I did 5 sets for each exercise. I did the first set as a warm up set with a slightly lower weight, and then did 4 working sets. I found I could increase the weight more and felt like I got more of a workout from it. Which would be the better way to go????? 3 sets of 3 exercises per muscle group, or 5 sets of 2 exercises and more weight????

Im a little confused as to what will give me the best gains. Any help would be great.

Forgot to say that I have been lifting for about 3 months, but before that I did p90x with average results. Im getting better results by lifting liek I have been in the last 3 months. All up I have been weight training for approx 6 months

On day 43 of the program....sometimes I feel wasted during the workout but I try and bust it out as best as I can. I feel like I let myself down a bit afterwards so after I have recovered....hour or so....I go and bust out some more reps of pull ups or push ups or whatever to feel like I worked hard enough. Im thinking it maybe related to not enough carbs before the workout....but im trying to shed the fat as well as put on muscle. Is it ok to bust out some more reps "after the fact"?????

I'm in my third week of P90X and I feel awesome. But I was wondering something. My body is starting to feel really tight....chest, arms, shoulders etc. Is this normal, does it mean the program is working?????? I have never been a real big weight trainer, but I I am a pretty active person in general. I 've never felt this tightness in my muscles before. It doesn't hurt after workouts now like it did in week 1 and 2, I've dropped a notch on my belt, sleep better and have more energy and I think i'm seeing a little bit of definition coming through....Are these typical results for week 3???

About 3 years ago I was in the police academy and pulled a hip flexor muscle on my right side. I finally got over the pain after about 4 weeks of staying off it and I was able to run again. After this I developed a pain in my hip and outside of the knee, so I went to the physio doc and he said I have illiotibial band syndrome. He gave me stretches to do. 3 years later I still have this pain and one day it will be on the outside of my knee and then the next day I wont have any problems and then i could have the pain in my hip the next. Is it normal for illiotibial band syndrome to cause the pain to change positions. The physio said when I had my hip flexor injury my illiotibial band was compensating for this injury and thats why I have the problem. Never had a problem before this. Any help would be appreciated.

Im in the process of purchansing a short sale with 2 mortgages on it. 1st is with Band of America and the second is with Old Republic. Bank of America has approved their portion of the mortgage, and my realtor is working with someone at Old Republic to figure out how to get them to release their lein. If Bank of America doesn't give them anything.....is there something that can be worked out between myself and Old Republic in order for them to sign of on their lein?? If for example Old Republic say we will sign off on it if we get $3000 and B of A says that they wont pay them anything, can I then pay Old Republic the $3000 so we can close????

If there was a "big bang", #1 what caused it, and #2 what actually "exploded"?

Has anyone actually been successful with a short sale going through Bank of America. If so.....how long did it take? Here is my story so far -

We are dealing directly with the listing realtor and she is telling us that she is getting tasks from the bank (Bank of America) nearly everyday to get information to them. She has told us last week that they told her we should be able to close in about 30-40 days. We originally put our offer in about 5 weeks ago. Is she just feeding us a line or should we take what she is telling us for real and to expect to close in that time frame. This is exactly the house that we have been looking for and are very excited to move in, but I dont want to get my hopes up too much if we aren't going to close for months.

Also what tasks would the bank be asking her to do? Last week Bank of America asked her to get all of our information i.e social security numbers, address, phone numbers, complete mortgage information, our preapproval letter from our lender etc......is this a good sign??? Please shed some light for me before I pull my hair out!!!!!

Our offer was accepted by the sellers,we are just waiting for the banks approval

The BPO was done before the house was listed and we put full price offer.

I had a melanoma over 3 years ago got it surgically removed and have been going to the dermatologist every 6 months for my skin checks since (which I will continue to do every 6 moth even though he said I can go to yearly check ups now). I have a lot of moles and have always had a lot of moles ever since I was young. The melanoma I had seemed to pop up not from an existing mole. Since the melanoma surgery my doc has removed another 5 or 6 moles but all turned out ok. How can I be sure that he wont miss something? I am a little parinoid!!

I am going through a background with a department. I was a cop at a different Dept and the background packets asked different questions when comparing the two. Can I get negative feedback from my investigator for not disclosing info that was on the previous depts background even though it was not asked on this background packet? Also are police depts allowed to release information on a previous employee to another department.

Ok I passed all the interviews and I received a letter stating that someone will contact me within 7-10 days to begin a background. Well that was Aug 28 that I received the letter, so Septembet 15 I called the sergeant and told him I hadn't been contacted yet. He said he spoke to the officer doing my background that morning and that he will give me a call in the next couple of days. I still haven't been contacted yet by the officer doing my background and they originally told those of who passed that Backgrounds that the BAckgrounds were to be completed buy first week of October. SHould I call the segeant again to let him know that I still haven't been contacted yet, or is that showing that I am impatient and will only annoy him???? I am so excited to get intot he reserves so I dont want to give a bad impression to them.....but I also would like to know what is going on????

I have a couple and I now cannot make the event. There are people WILLING to pay for the tickets on Craigslist. If I sell the tickets to them, even though they placed a wanted ad with a specified price, is it considered ticket scalping????
