Is it a HIPPA violation as a hospital employee to take a photo with a celebrity (a movie star all the way to local reality star) if they are NOT a patient and simply visiting your hospital? Even if you asked their permission and they granted verbal consent, and you were on a lunch break at the time. Could you still be violating their privacy?

I work for a casino. When i was hired, i was given no booklet or manual in regards to my uniform. Now after a year, the company is requiring us to wear heels. I quickly received a doctors note, but it was not acceptable because "i knew the job requirements when i was hired". My only option is to wear the heels or quit. This does not seem right or legal to me! Thoughts? Lawyer(ly) advice?

It's been 4 years...and my ex still holds a soft spot in my heart. I sometimes even check his social media to see what he is up to. I have moved on and i am happy with my current relationship. Is this normal. Do other people experience this??

I work for a casino, and recently they tried to implement us wearing the SAME EXACT SHOES. mind you, these shoes are $60 and will need to be replaced every 3-4 months. The male cocktail servers are not required to purchase matching shoes. Other departments that deal with the public (such as buffet and restaurant) are not required to purchase matching shoes...

Anyone with a law degree or law student have any suggestions on how to stop this? I've tried pleading with lower management, but they keep referring me to the general manager. I just want some ammo, so i don't walk in there blind.. thanks!!! :)
