  • Divorce laws...?

I would like some specifics about divorce laws in South Carolina. I want to divorce my husband, but I have heard I must be separated for 12 months. Is there any way to make it less time? Someone said adultery, but I know he isn't fooling around. If I said I was, what would be the consequences?

  • graphics & pics won't show up?

Some graphics and things like backgrounds won't show up on my screen, like the thumbs up and thumbs down on YA for instance. Also, in my email, I can't view the pics unless I save to my computer first. I'm mostly computer illiterate, so any and all help is appreciated!

  • Are the rest of us crazy???

When I was a child, my stepdad adopted my sisters and me. We rarely had contact with his side of the family, but since he has passed away and we have come together as a family, one of my sisters and one of his brothers (OUR UNCLE!) have decided to pursue a slightly closer relationship--they claim to be in love!!! Is the rest of the family crazy to be weirded out by this, or what? My sister and uncle claim that it's ok because they aren't blood related. Oh, yeah, did I mention the fact that my uncle is married to someone else, even though their relationship has been on the rocks since before this whole thing got started? Is this crazy, and wrong, or do you think it's ok since no blood relationship exists??

  • Ihave been married for 9 yrs and am wondering how long ....?

how long do you try to work on problems in the marriage before giving up? My husband doesn't feel like there are any problems, and doesn't want to discuss any of the issues i think we need to work on. He won't go to counselling, or talk to our pastor, or even just talk to me. This has been going on for at least 2 yrs. We have 2 children (mine from previous relationship) who he does love like his own. I know he's not having an affair, but his total brush-off of my feelings is making me consider it!! How long do I try to work things out?

  • If you found someone you fell in love with, and you couldn't be together for 2 yrs, would you wait?

If you were in different states, had various life issues to work out, and could not physically be together, but could communicate daily, would you wait for this person? A friend said that happiness waits for no man, but I think that you must find it where you can. What do you think?
