18 years old, first time shoplifting. merchandise totalled to $20. wasn't arrested but I was told to expect a citation in the mail. what exactly is that? is it a fine or a fine plus a court date? is the citation from the police or the retailer?

my sister was caught stealing $20 worth of merchandise from forever21. she wasn't arrested but she will be receive a citation in the mail which will more than likely include a fine. how much will the fine be when it's her first offense? will it go down on her record as a misdemeanor?

she's 18 & a resident of California if that helps with any calculations.

My dad smokes weed, my bestfriend's parents smoke weed, & my boyfriend smokes weed. but that's not the only thing these people have in common, they also all appear to be healthy & live a normal/successful life.

my question is, is smoking weed really as bad as it sounds ?

my sister got good grades so my mom juss got her a strawberry cheese cake and I juss got through brushing my teeth and I want to eat my piece but I dont want the toothpaste flavor in my mouth! how can I get the toothpaste flavor out of my mouth (besides juss waiting half an hour for the flavor to fade) I wanna chow down on my fav cake now!!!!!!!!!
