this is very bizarre i have an iphone 3GS , firmware 3.0 jail-broken bought in Canada & used there for 3-4 months , then i got it to india

the battery life was poor but bearable , then i went to the UK (frm India) , where the life increased again to reasonable standards, i guess it was cold like canada

then once i came back here , its has crashed.. i loose 100% charge in less than 3 hrs.

my Wifi is off , edge is off , 3g is off , brighness is low , & the push is set to 1 hr

still it drains like a joke

1. my right elbow in here

4. easy grip pressure (this helps my tempo)

I have a small web dev team (2 designers 1 developer working in PHP)

We are doing 5-8 sites a month , basic HTML some CMS (PHP) some Ecommerce (OSCommerce)

I want to grow this , move to newer technologies like ruby on rails etc

We want to still deliver CMS based website and might not get into webapps anytime soon

But even within this market I want to gear my team to function like the big league

I am very comfortable with the PM side , I need help on the dev side

How should the processes be , what kind of environment setup do we need

What about code versioning , what platform should we use , etc etc

Any help is golden

what are my options ?? I am testing OSCommerce but the "Make My CD" is throwing me off, thats the money shot for me cus paypal takes away most of my song download revenue

HI there this is my second question. I have tons of (6yrs) experience IT systems for Fiancial markets, i have worked on a derivative/ equity trading floor. I am taking CFA Level 1 next june.

what are my options, how do i decide.

In terms of IT i dont know and i dont want to know any coding.

In markets, i love trading desk's, i love coming up with stock pics or derivaties stratergies. I have extremely good analytical abilty

but i dont like the phone, i cant make sales pitches.

whats my best choice, i would even consider ending up as a protfolio manager some day.

i need some one to guide me and explain my options, evaluate my strenghts and weaknesses and tell me my best course of action.

im 25 now, so i have time on my side.

from my current position the next logical step would be a Business Analyst in the IT dept of a large broker.

I have some experience in Market research.

I have a flair for Project management and Management in general.

I have the CSC & CPH, and a Finance degree. I’ve reviewed the CFA I material and

Aptitude wise I find the first level a cake walk, I mean I can take the exam tomorrow

With just my present knowledge & experience.

For Level II & III I will have to put in about 3-6 months each studying.

I am wondering on the path I should take here on.

My options are (I think, please suggest more)

Becoming an Investment Advisor (I understand, can interpret and love the Markets, but I hate sales)

I can do a CFA but what next??

I can get into project management, but in what kind of a role and working on what?

Developing systems, developing products? Confused here.

Im 25 so I have time on my side, I want to get into the 85-100K range in the next 2-3 years

I am a 5 handicap and i have a few questions about deliberatly shaping the ball Here we go,

- What are the methods to shape the ball in both ways in drives or long/mid iron shots? i know one is cross alignment of the clubface and the feet, how does this work? and whats the other way where your swing can cause a draw or a fade?

- How do you shape an approach shot 100-150 yards in?

- How do you shape an extreme shot such as out of the trees standing square to the fairway, & you have to move it 90 degree or more either way?

- how do you practice these shots? any drills?

I am a pretty decent player, i shoot 70-80, never shot more than 85 in the last 1 year.

i havent competed in any tournament except company tournaments.

i want to make a career in golf, what do i have to do.

can I for examlpe play the US open qualifier, qualify , make the cut , finsh in the top 5 , take my check and buy a 911GT

or is that a dream.

i know i have the game to win enough to make 2-500k a year

and thats all i need.
